The Convention is integrated by 80 members (30 women, 50 men)

64 Delegates

They are lay members. They have both voice and vote. Sixteen nations are represented among the delegates: USA (7), Mexico (22), El Salvador (2), Costa Rica (1), Venezuela (3), Colombia (3), Brazil (5), Argentina (1), Chile (4), Spain (4), Italy (4), Austria (1), France (1), Germany (2), Philippines (1), Canada (2). 25 are women and 39 men.

They come from the consecrated branches: Legionaries, Consecrated Women, Consecrated men of the Regnum Christi. They have voice, but no vote. They come from 5 countries: Mexico (7), Spain (6), USA (2), Germany (1). 5 are women and 11 men.


Participants include members of the General Council, including its secretary, and the consecrated women, consecrated men and Legionaries named by the General Director, with the consent of the General Council.

Fr. Gianfranco Ghirlanda, SJ, will attend to some of the sessions. As the pontifical assistant he has received the task from the Holy See to advise the General Director in the establishment of a canonical configuration for Regnum Christi.
