Soy de Irapuato Gto., donde conocí el Movimiento a los 18 años en el grupo de chicas de Reino que las señoras reunieron como primer apostolado. En mi familia mis tres hermanas y yo en cuanto conocimos el Regnum Christi, compartimos la misma llamada de conocer, amar y servir a Cristo y a la extensión de su Reino. Mis padres siempre nos apoyaron aunque no han formado parte del Movimiento, pero su apoyo incondicional sobre todo a mi vocación consagrada me ha acompañado siempre como un gran regalo de Dios.

En mi recorrido apostólico he estado en Roma durante mis años de formación. Mi primer apostolado fue en los Estados Unidos en las giras y posteriormente de formadora del Centro Estudiantil y de Formación. Después de un breve tiempo en Teotepec, fui destinada a Irlanda, donde pude trabajar apostólicamente en la Academia y en la sección. De ahí fui a la Ciudad de México a trabajar con las colaboradoras y en la sección de Reino. Mi siguiente destino apostólico fue Jerusalén.

Llegué a Monterrey en el 2012. Actualmente estoy en la comunidad de Santa Engracia. Somos 15 consagradas y una colaboradora, comunidad joven, con mucho empuje apostólico, vibran por el Movimiento y por ser parte de esta etapa que nos está tocando vivir. Tienen un fuerte sentido de misión y una conciencia clara y profunda de su pertenencia a Cristo.

Tengo la certeza que Dios Nuestro Señor nos iluminará en esta Asamblea para ver con claridad el camino por el que quiere que sigamos caminando. Por lo que, les  pediría a todas mis hermanas consagradas  oraciones para que nuestra actitud durante este tiempo, sea la del apóstol Juan, que reclinado en el pecho de su Maestro, sabía lo que el Corazón de Jesús quería. Que puestas a Su escucha podamos distinguir cuáles actitudes del corazón debemos despertar para que en todo momento se realice Su Plan para la Gloria de Dios.

I am Verónica Reynoso López.  I was born on November 1, 1965 and was consecrated on August 15, 1989.

I am from Irapuato, Mexico.  That is where I first knew about the Movement when I was 18 years old.   Some Regnum Christi members gathered together a group of girls as their first apostolate.  As soon as my three sisters and I knew about Regnum Christi, we shared the same call to know, love and serve Christ and to extend his Kingdom.  My parents have always supported us, even though they are not members of the Movement.  Their unconditional support, above all in my vocation as a consecrated woman, has always accompanied me as a great gift from God.

I was in Rome for my years of formation.  My first apostolate was in the United States, first on road teams then as a formator in the pre-candidacy and formation center.  After a brief time in Teotepec, Mexico, I went to Ireland where I worked in the academy and the Regnum Christi section.  From there, I went to Mexico City to work with the Regnum Christi missionaries and in the Regnum Christi section.  My next apostolate was in Jerusalem.

I arrived to Monterrey, Mexico in 2012.  I am currently in the community of Santa Engracia.  We are 15 consecrated women, one Regnum Christi missionary and one young woman who is living with us and discerning her vocation.  We have a lot of   apostolic drive, and we vibrate with the Movement as we recognize the importance of living during this special time.  The community has a strong sense of mission and a clear and profound awareness of their belonging to Christ.

I am certain that God will enlighten us in this Assembly so as to be able to see clearly the way he wants us to continue walking.  I ask all of my consecrated sisters for prayers so that our attitude during this time may be that of the apostle John who reclined on the chest of his Master, knowing what Jesus’ Heart wanted.  Listening to Him, we can distinguish which attitudes of the heart we must awaken so that His Plan for God’s Glory can be realized at all times.

Creo que la experiencia de la asamblea territorial pasada me hizo percibir la necesidad de escucha entre todas las partes para entender la postura del otro y lograr una hermosa experiencia de comunión, donde comulgo con el otro, incluso sin pensar de la misma manera que él.

Voy a la Asamblea confiada en que se logre un ambiente de serenidad, apertura y deseo de buscar descubrir el carisma en nuestro interior, buscando vislumbrar mas allá de lo que veo ahora lo que dios quiere para las consagradas del Regnum Christi,  y con el deseo de aportar al Regnum Christi

Pido oraciones para que dejemos de lado nuestros juicios, miedos y formas de pensar, para abrirnos a la gracia de dios, que nos habla a todas en la búsqueda de la comunión.

I was born on May 16, 1970 and was consecrated on August 15, 1989.  I am currently in the La Rioja community in Guadalajara, Mexico.  The majority of the community have been in Guadalajara for several years.  This has enabled each consecrated woman to grow personally, as well as for there to be an apostolic drive and development of the apostolates in the city.  My apostolic experience includes:

1989 – 1992 Formation in Rome

1992 – 1996 Caracas, Venezuela (prefect of discipline, director of the section and assistant for ECYD)

1996 – 1999 Monterrey, Mexico (assistant for ECYD and vice director of the community)

1999 – 2001 Monterrey, Mexico (vice director of the formation center)

2001 – 2008 Mexico City (director of the pre-candidacy)

2008 – 2011 Merida, Yucatan (director of the community and director of the section)

2011 – 2014 Mexico City (director of the community Lomas Anáhuac and member of the auxiliary team of the Regnum Christi section)

2014 – 2018 Guadalajara (director of the community and assistant of direction in the Alpes School)

I believe that the experience of the last territorial assembly made me see the need to listen to everyone in order to understand the position of the others and achieve a beautiful experience of communion, where I am in communion with the others, even when I do not think the same way as them.

I am going to the Assembly confident that we will achieve an atmosphere of serenity, openness and desire to seek to discover the charism within us.  This requires trying to look beyond what I see now so as to see what God wants for the consecrated women of Regnum Christi, and with the desire to contribute to Regnum Christi

I ask for prayers so that we can put aside our judgments, fears and ways of thinking, so as to open ourselves to the grace of God who speaks to all of us in our search for communion.

Actualmente soy parte de la comunidad de las Encinas, en Monterrey, N.L.  En esta casa, además de la comunidad de apostolado, se encuentra la comunidad de candidatas, lo que representa una gracia de Dios y al mismo tiempo una responsabilidad. La celebración eucarística y algunos momentos espontáneos en el día hacen parte de nuestros encuentros con ellas.

Trabajé apostólicamente como promotora vocacional y formadora del centro estudiantil en España, México y Brasil. He podido colaborar también en secciones del ECYD y en  secciones de jóvenes del Regnum Christi y como gerente y directora de consagradas. Gran parte de mi vida apostólica se desarrolló en Brasil. Actualmente desempeño el servicio gobierno como directora territorial de Monterrey.  Creo que para mí, colaborar en el comité directivo territorial me ha ofrecido muchas oportunidades para hacer la experiencia del Regnum Christi como una familia carismática. Me es difícil hablar de un único momento, ahora bien, es frecuente hacer la experiencia de complementariedad, de compartir y vibrar por el deseo de extender el Reino de Cristo, de la presencia de Cristo entre nosotros. Esto constituye una experiencia del carisma.

Para esta asamblea, más que hablar de expectativas puedo hablar de mis disposiciones. Quiero colaborar en el diálogo, ponerme a la escucha del Espíritu Santo en los demás y en mí; orar, acoger y responder a lo que Dios vaya mostrando para que Él se manifieste como lo ha hecho en las otras asambleas territoriales en las que he participado.

Y quisiera pedir oraciones para que seamos una comunidad en discernimiento.

I was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico on October 17, 1969.  I am the eighth of nine children.  I became a member of ECYD when I was 11 years old.  I was consecrated on November 18, 1988.

I am currently a member of the community of Las Encinas in Monterrey, Mexico.  This house has two communities:  the community of apostolate and the community of candidates.  The candidates represent a grace of God, and at the same time, a responsibility.  The celebration of the Eucharist, as well as some other spontaneous moments in the day are our opportunities to be with the candidates.

I have worked apostolically as a vocational promoter and formator of the girls in the pre-candidacy in Spain, Mexico and Brazil.  I have also been able to help in sections of ECYD and in youth sections of Regnum Christi.  I have been a vice director and director of consecrated women.  Much of my apostolic work has been in Brazil.  I am currently serving as the territorial director in Monterrey, Mexico.  I believe collaborating in the territorial directive committee has offered me many opportunities to experience Regnum Christi as a charismatic family.  It is difficult for me to speak of a single moment.  It is common to experience the complementarity and the presence of Christ among us, as well as to share and to vibrate with the desire to extend the Kingdom of Christ.  This constitutes an experience of the charism.

More than to talk about expectations for this assembly, I can talk about dispositions.  I want to help in the dialogue, listening to the Holy Spirit in the others and in me.  To pray, to welcome and to respond to what God will show us, so that He manifests Himself as He has done in the territorial assemblies in which I have participated.

I ask for prayers so that we can be a discerning community.

La experiencia en el comité territorial de Italia y el trabajo en equipo con los legionarios en los colegios de Roma fue particularmente enriquecedora para mí. Me permitió darme cuenta cómo se vive un mismo carisma desde las diferentes vocaciones, y la belleza y atractivo que resulta de la aportación generosa y desinteresada de cada uno.

Quisiera que esta asamblea fuera una oportunidad en la que juntas nos pongamos a la escucha del Espíritu Santo, en la que busquemos construir la obra de Dios de modo desinteresado. Quisiera que el Regnum Christi pueda, a través de nuestra colaboración generosa, seguir siendo para muchas personas un medio privilegiado de encuentro con Cristo y una medio a través del cual puedan responder a Su invitación a colaborar en la construcción de Su Reino.

Quisiera el apoyo de la oración de las consagradas para pedir la gracia de que cada una de las delegadas tengamos un corazón puro como el de María, en el que pueda resonar la voz del Esposo, y que nuestra gran ilusión sea corresponderle, comprometiéndonos con el mayor amor posible a colaborar con El en la extensión de Su Reino y construcción de Su obra.

I am Federica Páez.  I was born in Monterrey, Mexico on February 1, 1975.  I have a sister who is consecrated and a brother who is a Legionary priest.  All of the members of my family are part of Regnum Christi.  I was a member of ECYD and Regnum Christi and a student at the Godwin School, CECVAC School and the academy in Dublin, Ireland.  I was consecrated on January 5, 1991.  After I finished high school, I went to the formation center in Rome.  During the first six years I was in Rome, I helped on the Assistant to the General Director team.  I had the grace to be part of the foundation of the Movement in Germany and Austria.  I also helped on road teams in various countries in Europe.  In the summer of the year 2000, we founded the community of consecrated women in Germany.  It was in Neuss and was later moved to Dusseldorf, where I was the director for 11 years.  During my time in Germany, I helped with the “Integral Woman” project.  I also helped in the foundation of the Everest Kindergarten in Dusseldorf.  I worked in the ECYD sections and young adult sections in various cities in Germany.  I helped with the courses for the Regnum Christi missionaries and the summer program for the pre-candidacy and the candidacy in Europe for ten years.  After Germany, I was director of the Irish Institute in Rome for four years.  For one year I was an assistant of direction at the Highlands School.  My last two years in Rome I was a territorial councilor and member of the territorial directive committee.  Since July of 2017 I have been a member of the community of Santa Engracia in Monterrey, Mexico.  I am the director of formation at the CECVAC School.

The experience in the territorial committee in Italy and the teamwork with the Legionaries in the schools in Rome was particularly enriching for me. It allowed me to realize how we live the same charism from different vocations, as well as the beauty and attractiveness that is a result of the generous and selfless contribution of each person.

I would like this assembly to be an opportunity in which together we listen to the Holy Spirit, in which we seek to build the work of God in a selfless way.  I would like Regnum Christi to be able, through our generous collaboration, to continue to be for many people a privileged means of encounter with Christ and a means through which they can respond to His invitation to collaborate in the building of His Kingdom.

I would like the support of the prayers of the consecrated women asking for the grace that each of the delegates has a pure heart like Mary’s, in which the voice of the Bridegroom can resonate, and that our great hope is to correspond, committing ourselves to the greatest possible love to collaborate with Him in the extension of His Kingdom and the building of His work.
